A CONTINUING PROCESS OF CONSULTATION
In preparing this exhibition and our proposed planning application for the Phoenix Quarter we have consulted with offi cers of the County and District Councils, the Lewes Chamber of Commerce, The Friends of Lewes, The local M.P, the Environment Agency and local Arts groups.
We intend to continue this consultation and prior to submitting a planning application, we will be meeting with the Lewes Architects Panel, English Heritage, The South East Regional Design Panel, The Campaign for the Protection of Rural England, and Lewes Flood Action. We will also be consulting with members of the public and listening to your views. We wish for the people of Lewes to fully understand the proposals so if you have any questions or suggestions please do not hesitate to write us an email.
In support of our planning application we will be submitting an environmental impact ssessment, this will include an air quality study, an ecology study, an archaeology study, a traffic assessment, a flood risk assessment, a townscape study, a retail impact assessment and ground investigation reports.
